LARRY EXPEDITIONS PACKAGE TOUR POLICY

Larry Expedition’s booking, reservation, modification, and cancellation policy ensures clarity and protection for both clients and the tour operator, facilitating a smooth travel experience for all involved.

Booking Procedures

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, as specified in the package description. The deposit is usually non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be completed before the trip begins, and payments can be made through bank transfers, credit cards, or other approved methods.

Voucher Issuance: Upon full payment, a travel voucher will be issued as proof of booking and must be presented at the start of the tour.

Deposit and Payment Deadlines

A deposit, which is a percentage based on the package, is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid within a specific number of days before the commencement of the tour (30 days prior), depending on the package tour policy. If the balance is not paid within the specified period, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

For client cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour, a percentage of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made 15-30 days prior will result in a 50% refund of the total amount, and for cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour, no refund will be provided.

The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip for reasons beyond control (e.g., weather, political unrest). In such cases, full refunds or alternative trip dates will be offered.

Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

Client rescheduling requests can be made without penalties if submitted 30 days before the tour. A small fee may apply for changes made within 15-30 days. The operator may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide clients with alternative dates or a full refund.

If a client fails to appear for the tour without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be available.

Modifications and Special Requests

Any modifications to the booking (such as adding participants or altering the itinerary) must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges. Special requests such as dietary restrictions or physical assistance must be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

Liability and Travel Insurance

Clients are required to obtain appropriate travel insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, loss, accidents, and trip cancellation. The tour operator is not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or trip cancellation caused by external factors such as socio-political or natural events that may disrupt the tour operation.

Third-Party Service Providers

The operator collaborates with third-party providers (transport, accommodation) to offer services. While the operator ensures quality, they are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

Force Majeure: The tour operator is not liable for events beyond their control (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics), and tours may be rescheduled or refunded as per policy.

Client Conduct: All clients must comply with local laws, and destination rules and respect cultural practices during the tour. The tour operator reserves the right to end the tour for any participant displaying harmful or inappropriate behavior. Child Policy: Children under the age of 12 may need supervision. Special rates and activity restrictions may apply.
