Perfect for families and non-skiers, the Snow Park features snow tubing, tobogganing, climbing towers, giant snowballs, and an interactive snow play area designed to delight kids and adults alike.

Take advantage of professional ski and snowboard lessons, available for all levels. Certified instructors ensure a fun and safe learning environment for everyone—from first-timers to advanced riders.

• For Snow Premium bookings, confirmation must be made at least 48 hours prior to your visit. Ensure you receive the confirmation email and bring it with you.

• Included gear: Ski/Snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets.

• Helmets are mandatory for children under 13.

• To ride the Snow Bullet, children must be 8+ years, at least 125 cm tall, and weigh over 30 kg. Adults must weigh under 120 kg.

• Height and weight restrictions apply to certain rides.

• No phones or cameras allowed during the Penguin Encounter.

• Food and drinks from outside are not allowed; dining is permitted only at Avalanche Café and North 28 Restaurant (10 AM to Midnight).

• No refunds for unused or partially used services.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Slope access is restricted to experienced skiers and snowboarders.

• The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant guests are not allowed to participate in activities.
